Taylin Dickey graduated from the University of Kearney with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Her experience as a college athlete and Student Assistant Coach with the UNK volleyball team was vital in her development as a leader and is an asset to the McNair Agency family and our clients. She is a native of Imperial, loves her hometown, and is active in the community as a volunteer coach.
Kaley Hauxwell
Agent and Front Office Expert
Kaley joined the McNair Agency family in 2019. She has lived in Chase County for over ten years and has been an active part of the community. She’s a hard worker, a wonderful addition to the team, and recently became a licensed agent. While learning the insurance industry and becoming a valued part of McNair Agency, Kaley also completed her online education through Hastings Community College. Kaley is an essential member of the team. She’s also a daughter, sister, friend, and wife with strong roots in western Nebraska.
Kristi McNair
Customer Service Representative
Kristi McNair began her career at McNair Agency in 2015. She is a native to the area and values her relationships with people in the community. She is active as a Mom to her four girls, a small-business owner, and a coach. She commits much of her time to help others through her church and various organizations. Kristi values hard work in every area of life, including her work at McNair Agency.
Alex McNair
Alex McNair specializes in farm, home, crop, and auto insurance, but what really gets him excited is building relationships with his customers. On any given day, you’re likely to find him driving from field to field with a cooler of cold drinks, catching up with customers in their fields.
Alex’s customers can count on him to support them through difficult times. His knowledge of the claims and adjustment process goes back to high school when he began working as a field scout. Farmers facing hail damage and crop loss can rest assured they will not have to walk through the claims process alone. At McNair Agency, the insurance adjuster is always accompanied by Alex or another agent who the farmer knows and trusts.
When asked what sets McNair Agency apart from the competition, Alex doesn’t hesitate. For him, building relationships and providing support to farmers during times of loss comes first every time.
Sharon Clark
Sharon has been a valuable asset at McNair Agency since 1979. She specializes in Multi-Peril Crop Insurance and is also the office manager.
Sharon grew up in the farming and ranching business and, as a result, enjoys working closely with agriculture. Having an agent who knows the business inside and out combined with a strong work ethic benefits her customers and the agency. Her genuine care for people and hard work shine through in her career.
Sam McNair

Sam McNair specializes in commercial, auto, and home insurance and has been working in the industry since 2003. Sam’s passion is serving his customers. He works hard to bring the best possible coverage to meet their specific needs. His attention to detail and perseverance in his work make him a trustworthy agent. Experience working as a claims representative in the industry provides knowledge and insight into Sam’s work as an agent.
Sam also enjoys furthering his education. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor and continues to attend classes to increase his knowledge and understanding in the industry.
For Sam, relationships and community come first. This shows in his service on various boards and his participation in his church and community. Sam can be trusted to listen attentively and work hard to find the best coverage available.
Pat McNair

Pat started his career in 1973. His insurance focus has been helping family-owned farms and businesses optimize insurance products as they do succession and estate planning. He has often been recognized as a production leader with one of America’s largest and oldest financial service companies. Pat is an active member of the community, the Imperial Bible Church, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, FreedMen, and Mission Nebraska.
